HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS?

How do you Earn Points? VERY SIMILAR TO LAST YEAR WITH A TWIST…

1. 1pt for each $ of Qualified Volume (same as LY)
  • 1pt for each $ of Qualified Volume
  • Qualified Volume is your Personal RETAIL SALES VOLUME!
  • Supplies & Starter Collections are not qualified volume.
  • EXCEPTION ON CHILL CUPS & CHILL CUP LINE EXTENSIONS 😉
  • $28.12 Qualified Volume on Party, Individual or Web orders
  • FULL $45 Qualified Volume on PERSONAL ORDERS (recommended)
2. Points for each NEW Designer you add to your team. (same as LY)
  • 500pts for each new Designer when they get “active”
  • Once they get “active” ($250 in Volume within 3 rolling months)
  • 1,500pts ADDITIONAL BONUS when they reach $2000 in Qualified Volume
  • Once New Designer hits $2000 in Qualified volume (Easy if you help them hit their 30 Days to Bloom)
  • 1,500pts ADDITIONAL BONUS when they reach $9,000 in Qualified Volume
  • Once New Designer hits $9,000 in Qualified Volume during the promo period.
  • That means a POTENTIAL of 3,500pts for helping a New Designer have success
  • Points for each NEW Designer you add to your team. (SAME AS LY)
  • Points are based on New Designer hitting Qualified Volume levels during the promotional period (12/6/17 – 10/31/18)
3. Points for Attending National Conference in July. (same as LY)
  • 1,000pts for Attending the National Conference!
  • Must attend FULL Conference.
4. BONUS POINTS during the year (TBD)
  • BONUS POINTS – – COMING SOON…..
  • NEW THIS YEAR – BONUS POINTS FOR LEADER LEVELS….
  • Based on your PAID AS TITLE on Dec 6, 2017 we will ADD the following to your Reward Points Account
    • Gold Designer 2,500pts
    • Director Designer 5,000pts
    • Sr. Director Designer 7,500pts
    • Exec Dir. Designer 10,500pts
  • We will manually add these to your account by Jan 30, 2018
5. BONUS POINTS BASED ON LEADERSHIP LEVEL & PROMOTIONS! #5 IS NEW THIS YEAR! HERE ARE THE DETAILS
  • IF YOU PROMOTE TO THE FOLLOWING TITLE DURING THE PERIOD 1/1/18 – 10/5/18 (Oct promotions are not included in the extra pts) YOU WILL EARN:
    • Gold Designer 500pts
    • Director Designer 1,000pts
    • Sr. Director Designer 2,000pts
    • Exec Dir. Designer 3,000pts

  • Consistent Sales = PTS
  • Team Building = PTS
  • TEAM BUILDING EARLY = MORE TIME TO EARN BONUS POINTS!

Bottom Line

  • The more you add to your team in Jan/Feb/Mar – the better your chances are for Bonus pts. Of course it can happen later too, but the earlier the better!
  • Be consistent all year to maximize pts! Every Party Counts!
