UPDATE: There is NO mask requirement at the Sheraton Westport Chalet. We will be excited to see many smiling faces, but also understand that there may be some who choose to wear a mask & that is completely fine! Everyone is welcome to choose the option that is best for them. Please plan on bringing some masks in case you choose to go to a place that does have a mask requirement.

In Person National Conference Info:

  • AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION– Please use the complimentary hotel shuttle for transportation between the hotel and airport. The Sheraton offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Lambert International Airport. Sheraton’s shuttle begins running from the hotel at 5:00 a.m. and the last shuttle will pick up at the Airport at 10:30 p.m. The shuttle picks up every 30 minutes, on the top and bottom of the hour. Attendees flying in on Southwest Airlines, will meet the shuttle at Terminal 2, Exit 15. For all other airlines, go to Terminal 1, Exit 18. Gates are located near the baggage claim area. To take the shuttle back to the airport, attendees should wait in the hotel lobby. This service runs every 30 minutes on the top and bottom of the hour as well.
  • What to Wear for Conference Sessions – please feel free to dress business casual, in your favorite jeans and top, or your team shirts. Know that there will be a lot of pictures taken!
  • You will need cash for some sale item opportunities at the conference.
  • Coffee, Tea and Water will be available all day by the conference room. Soda will be available at meals.
  • Lobby bar hours are 3pm-12am every night.
  • Awards Gala Attire – We recommend that you wear what you feel most fancy and beautiful in. There are examples from the 2019 Gala on our Facebook Designers page. Just search the page using the word “Gala”.
  • No details yet… but there MAY be a tour opportunity at the new office on Sunday. Info to come.
