You’ve Earned the Palm Breeze Rewards Trip!

Congratulations! We are thrilled you’ve earned the trip. We need to gather some logistical information. Please review the information below and complete this form within the next week.

Passport: Please make sure you have a current Passport. Please do not wait as passports can take a long time to get back if you don’t have one or if the one you have will expire within 6 months of your departure.

Double Occupancy Rooms:

• Rooms and rates are based on DOUBLE occupancy.
• If you decide to travel as a single, you may be asked to pair with another jBloom Designer earner to fulfill double occupancy requirements or given the option to room as a single with a per day upcharge of $295/night.
• You may include a jBloom roommate request. Your roommate will need to have the same nights as you.
• For Crystal and Ruby level earners, your guest’s hotel stay will be $320 per night.

Guests:

• Designers who earn the trip can NOT invite other jBloom and PermaLinx Designers as their guest.

Extra Nights:

• Extra nights for all earners and their guests will be $320 per night per person. Single rooms are $615/night for extra nights.
• Extra nights are all on a first come, first serve basis.
• While extra nights are not guaranteed, the hotel can usually accommodate arriving early, but we do not encourage you to extend your stay beyond January 26.
• PLEASE NOTE – When you get a confirmation via email your additional nights are confirmed, the room is YOURS. If you end up not going or can’t do the extra nights, you will still be responsible for paying for the extras. PLEASE be certain of the nights before requesting.

Flights:

• Once you have an email confirmation on the dates you requested, it’s time to book your flights!
