After a recent software update, Designers with the following email providers have not been receiving emails from jBloom:
Emails generated through the back office (order confirmations, welcome emails, etc.) will not be seen by Designers with either of those email providers for the time being. We are working with ATT to resolve the issue but it could take up to 30 days or more to get it removed.
Until then, if you have another email address not associated with those providers, please switch your contact email in your back office. If you are receiving emails but they are going to your SPAM folder, please check and add @myjbloom.com domain to your safe senders list.
