Revision of personalized items:
Personalized items are made to order. There are NO REVISIONS to the order once you place the order.
Verify and double check all personalization BEFORE you submit the order.
If you catch something within 24 hrs, you may email us as http://info@jbloomdesigns.com with the revision. HOWEVER – we cannot guarantee the change will be made. If we have already burned the item, it is still the Designer’s responsibility for that item, but we will do our best.
