UPDATE TO RETURN POLICY
ISSUE – LARGE RETURNS ARE ON THE INCREASE:
We are starting to see a big increase in the number of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and up to $5,000 Returns coming back.
Designers are buying stock for events so they have LOTS of inventory and then are returning what is not sold.
PROBLEMS:
1. Customer service has to check all items, make sure they are correct and it good condition, then put them all back in stock.
2. Creating Stock issues when items are bought in large abnormal quantities and then out of stock for other Designers.
3. Huge swings in Volume for Team members that could affect qualifications in different months.
SOLUTION – Beginning June 2, 2025, we will begin to add a 10% Restocking Fee based on the QV of the Order FOR ALL RETURNS OVER $1,000. Even if that is 4 orders that are each $250 in QV Value.
