We want to share an important update with you regarding the Monthly Business Suite subscription.

Due to an unexpected 125% increase in fees from our software provider, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust our monthly subscription pricing beginning July 1, 2025. This increase was not something we anticipated, and while we’ve done everything we can to absorb rising costs, the combination of this significant fee increase and the many new features we’ve added to support your business has made a change necessary.

We also want you to know: this adjustment does not cover the full cost of the increase—jBloom will continue to cover a large portion of it ourselves. We are committed to keeping costs as manageable as possible for you while still providing the high-quality tools and support you rely on.

Starting July 1, the updated monthly subscription fees will be:

• Business Suite will increase from $9.99 to $12.99/month
• Business Suite + E-Newsletters will increase from $14.99 to $17.99/month

We understand that every dollar matters, and this change was not made lightly. Our goal has always been—and will continue to be—to equip you with the tools you need to thrive.
