To help speed up the design process and ensure you get a preview you love, we encourage you to try editing your image on your own before submitting your order.
There are several great videos in the jBloom app that can help you with editing images and creating custom designs
In the jBloom app go to:

Also, you can use one of these easy online tools to create a pencil-sketch style image: The website is great for thumb prints and handwriting
This website is great for images but can make the faces look a little off- you can try running it through the pencil sketch app listed above first then through befunky to make it a little more crisp looking.
To remove background you can try- (we prefer to use the manual erase to ensure you only remove what you want)
Images should always be BLACK AND WHITE only no grayscale- gray will look black in most cases. A lot of designers like to use Canva.com as well. If you have tried all of these options and are still having issues- we encourage you to reach out to your upline or other designers that have success with editing images (so they can guide you with what works for them).
Once you create the sketch image, simply upload it and submit your order as usual.
It’s important to really understand the space you are wanting to personalize- if the coin you want is less than a half inch you would want to do a simple design- you really need to preview your images at actual size to make sure they look how you want.
If you review your preview and you’re not fully happy with it — just email enter@jbloomdesigns.com with your order number and let us know exactly what you’d like adjusted.

- Get your File – the file needs to have gone through the steps above
EMAIL the file to ENTER@jbloomdesigns.com
- PUT “IMAGE HELP DESK” in the SUBJECT LINE
- Attach file
- Put a short description of:
- what you need help with AND
- what items it is going on
- Please make sure you’re checking your spam/junk email folders after you send in a request.
- We suggest that you add enter@jbloomdesigns.com to your email contacts to avoid this issue.
